Performance
Subaru has given the Outback Wilderness a turbocharged 2.4-liter engine. It's capable of pumping out 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque. To help you deal with uneven terrain, the Wilderness's transmission has been tweaked to do a better job when climbing steep slopes.
